What we do in Dakar
The same expertise as on the Petite Côte: structural work, concrete structures, interior layout, building renovation and pools, from site preparation through to the finishing work.
Dakar is outside the Petite Côte: travel costs are added to the quote.
Building in Dakar: the paperwork
- Building permits are requested from the local council; in the Dakar region, the application can be made online through the TeleDAC platform.
- The land must be checked before buying: statement of registered rights at the land registry, deed signed before a notary.
- In dense areas, site access, material storage and neighbours need to be organised from the preparation stage.
