Data collected and purposes

• Quote request form : name, phone, email, country of residence, type and location of the project, rough budget (optional), land availability and message. This data is used only to study your project, reply to you and prepare a quote. Fields not marked “optional” are needed to reply to you. Retention: 2 years after our last exchange if no contract is signed.
• WhatsApp, phone, email : if you contact us this way, your details and messages are used only to reply to you and follow up on your project. WhatsApp conversations are also processed by Meta under its own terms.

Recipients and transfers outside Senegal

Your data is never sold or passed on. It is shared with our technical providers, located outside Senegal: the website host (Vercel Inc., United States), the form email service (Resend, United States), the email provider (Google), and WhatsApp (Meta) if you use it.

Cookies and statistics

This website uses no advertising cookies or trackers. No audience measurement tool is installed.

Your rights

Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, you can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and object to its processing, by writing to constructions.camara@gmail.com. You can also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP): cdp.sn.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS and access to received requests is limited to the people who handle them.
