Near the Somone nature reserve, Les Manguiers de Guéréo stretches over a 10-hectare estate: 19 bungalows, a restaurant and an infinity pool overlooking the lagoon.
The project
Known for its calm and natural setting, the lodge is being renovated by CMR Construction & Rénovation: restructuring of the pool, work on the restaurant and bungalows, finishing work, air conditioning and timber framing for the terraces.
Modernising without losing character
The goal: modernise the facilities while preserving the character of the place.
Thatched-roof bungalows, an infinity pool facing the lagoon, lush vegetation: the renovation takes place on an existing site, valued for its calm, on a 10-hectare estate.
